Another successful week sticking to the meal plan. We are really trying to cut back on our grocery budget so our meals may be pretty simple over the next few months.
We loved, loved, loved the Greek Chicken. I actually used a different marinade than the one I originally linked to. My recipe: 1/4c. lemon juice, 1/4c. olive oil, 1T. worchestershire sauce and 3t. Cavender's Greek Seasoning (located with spices on baking aisle). Marinate chicken breast all day and grill. Serve over brown rice and top with mixture of 4oz. feta cheese, 1 pint cherry tomatoes (halved) and 1 small can sliced black olives (drained). As Rachael Ray would say, "Yummo"!

Thursday: Slow cooked Asian Beef & Broccoli, rice, egg rolls
We have family stuff over the weekend so no cooking for me!

I love your menu for the week. I am going to try the greek chicken this week. It is going to be warmer here in PA than normal this week, so I want to get a bit of grilling on the menu. Have a great week.
