I'm a little late getting the menu plan up this week, but ... better late than never. Isn't that how the saying goes?
Lunches: tomato soup & grilled cheese, other dinner leftovers
Monday: Vegetable Beef Soup, cornbread muffins
Tuesday: Chicken tacos, guacamole, rice & black beans
Wednesday: Pizza night!
Thursday: roasted chicken & peppers, green beans, whole wheat rolls
We will be in and out over the weekend visiting family and going to football games ... so no cooking for me!
