Oh my! Is it 2012 already? This year has flown by. I am ready to get back to a normal routine and normal eating. I am done with all the yummy holiday food.

Monday: Black bean beef enchiladas, chips & salsa/guacamole, salad
Tuesday: black-eye peas with ham over rice, collard greens, corny cornbread muffins
Wednesday: chicken taco chili, fritos
Thursday: grilled chicken over lemon pasta with spinach, garlic bread
Friday: Ham & cheese quiche, pumpkin bread, fruit
Saturday: birthday party
Sunday: leftover buffet
