Last week, the slow cooker chicken fajitas were a big hit! We love fajitas and when I normally make them, we have a big mess. But with this recipe, you just throw everything into the crockpot and shred the chicken and you are done.
Here is the menu plan for this week:
Monday: bacon-wrapped chicken strips, green beans
Tuesday: leftover chicken fajitas, spanish rice, black beans
Wednesday: chicken enchilada soup, chips
Thursday: crockpot ranch pork chops, rice, green veggie
Friday: Parents night out
Saturday: mission dinner at church
Sunday: crockpot beef stew, cornbread
