It has been a while! With end of school, vacations and dance recitals, the cooking has been few and far between! But, we should be staying put for a while so I hope to get back to some normalcy for the summer.
Monday: Mustard Lime chicken, brown rice, broccoli
Tuesday: Baked zucchini ziti, salad, garlic bread
Wednesday: Wacky Pack Wednesday at Sonic (we have a VBS work night at church)
Thursday: Asian broiled BBQ shrimp, sugar snap peas, egg rolls
Friday: Slow-cooker Mediterranean chicken, couscous, salad
Saturday: Date night for Father's Day
Sunday: Grilled Hamburgers/hot dogs, sweet potato fries (for lunch); Leftover buffet (for dinner)
