Review from last week: You must try the Chicken Puffs. Very good for kid-friendly meal or a dinner for guests. The enchilada pie was good too. Easily serves 6 people and a good freezer option (to save for later).

Monday: Leftover BBQ ribs, macaroni & cheese and tomato coleslaw
Tuesday: White fish w/lemon tarragon shells (from the freezer), salad
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday (pm): Rosemary Pork Chops, squash & zucchini mix, pasta side
Friday: Beef Steaks w/mushroom gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables
Saturday (am): Breakfast pizza, home fries
Saturday (pm): Dinner & a movie (aka date night with my hubby)
Sunday (lunch): Leftover buffet
Sunday (pm): Birthday party for a friend's daughter ... we will eat there or grab something quick on the way home.
