This week's menu plan will be short because we have BIG plans for the weekend that involve no cooking on my part. Those are my favorite kind of plans!!
Monday: chicken quesadillas, Spanish rice, lettuce & tomatoes
Tuesday: Shrimp and feta vermicelli, salad (Will has been begging me to make this again. I sent him to the store on Saturday morning to get milk and he picked up some shrimp while he was there so now I have no excuse).
Wednesday: Baked pizza roll & sauce, salad
Thursday: Garlic pork tenderloin, squash casserole, green beans, rolls. (I am still looking for a good squash casserole recipe, so if you have one, let me know.)
