Preschool Corner: Letter C (Caterpillar and CARS)

David loved his letter C week ... mainly because it involved lots of CARS!

We used the Disney Cars preschool pack and tot pack from 1+1+1=1.  Here we are doing some Cars matching and shape identification.

Coloring a C is for Cat page also from 1+1+1=1.  (And very interested in what sister is doing.)

Cars pre-writing, numbers and spelling.

Caterpillar size sorting from LOTW curriculum.

Luke played with cars on the floor while we learned about cars.

Cars stickers on the letter C.  This activity was a big hit!

We also spelled "cars" with some circle Cars stickers I found at the dollar store.  This boy sure does love stickers!

Caterpillar counting.

Tuning those fine motor skills with the mini-clothespins.

He liked standing all of the caterpillars up when he was done.

Letter C poke page from LOTW.

Our C memory verse was "Children obey your parents in all things for this is well pleasing to the Lord."  Working on our daily bible verse activity from RRSP.

We learned what it means to OBEY.

Cutting out our bible verse.

Taping our verse together.  He likes to do this himself.

This one was almost as long as he was!

More fun caterpillar activities.

I love this face!  He was not into the pictures that day.

Lacing caterpillar.

Ummmm, I believe we need to do a little work on our lacing skills!

He really enjoyed decorating the background for his caterpillar cut & paste page.

Our bulletin board for the week.  (It has finally moved from the kitchen to the school room.  Yeah!!)
